Get help connecting to your server, with generated playlists, CarPlay, or MusicLab+ Unlock.

Include your device model, iOS version, MusicLab+ version, your server software and version (for example Navidrome 0.64), and what happened. Never send your server password.
Connecting to your server
Enter the full address of your server, including https:// and any port, plus your username and password. If the connection fails, open the same address in Safari on your iPhone to confirm the server is reachable from your network.
Generated playlists
Song and artist radio use your server’s similar-song information. On Navidrome this depends on the server’s agents, such as Last.fm, being configured. If a radio comes back short, check your server’s agent settings.
MusicLab+ Unlock
Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used in the App Store. If the unlock is missing after a purchase, open the MusicLab+ Unlock screen and choose Restore Purchases. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
